Please be realistic. Even after completion, I don't think WCE's toll collection can be on par with PLUS. Development of WCE is to provide another choice other than PLUS for those who need to travel/ship things through West Coast of Peninsula, not to replace PLUS, and given it's mainly passing though smaller towns with smaller population, it is mainly and naturally a good choice for logistic players rather than passenger vehicles. Amount of logistic vehicles are far less than passenger vehicles.

It is not so simple... to compare WCE & Plus toll collection. WCE highway in Selangor having high traffic of heavy vehicles where Toll charge is 3 times higher than passenger cars. WCE has a good prospect but have to wait for about 2 years to see the fruit!
