Hyper dilution of shares begins, they just announced adding 44 millions new shares, and will kept adding until billions of shares......Last time before consolidation 10:1, from Year 2020 until year 2021, they add new shares like crazy until total share became 4540 millions units........2022 Conso 10:1 became 454 millions units.......2023, they add around 434 millions new shares, thus total became 888 millions units.......now 2025, they add 44 millions units......
New nosh now 932.81 millions from 888 millions , they will keep adding new shares until billions of shares achieved. Then ultimately begin consolidation of 10 to 1.
Based on current bargain sell trend @ RM0.015 cent, that utmosly came from selling share from previous private placement, nexgram may go to RM0.01 next month.
If there aren't any good news, nexgram will go to 1 sen after the next PP addition (2nd tranche). It may fluctuates to 5 sen before going back to 1 sen (A dead monkey bounce).
2nd tranche of private placement completed, the share is now 958.81 millions unit. They will kept adding until billion of shares achieved, your hard earned money will be diluted if you bought this share. Wow, nobody are willing to buy @ rm0.015. They have around 19 milIion++ units of shares to be sold (price blocking so the price will be kept under 2 sen) , guess those previous private placement shares will be sold @ RM 0.01.
Based on new data and QR result plus macd and MA analysis. This shit brand may go to RM 0.05 as early as end of January next year. So it may upgrade itself from shit brand to ayam brand.
