Advancecon Holdings Bhd (ADVCON) has secured a RM36.1m contract from Sime Darby Property for earthworks and infrastructure works at Serenia City in Dengkil, Sepang.

The project is part of ongoing development works in a major township in the Southern Klang Valley corridor, master-planned by Sime Darby Property as the "Garden City of KLIA" and shall be commencing from Oct 28, 2025 until April 27, 2027.
