why would the company use its own cash 31.5mil to get 6% yield from the MTN programme? property sector is mundane at the moment, money should be invested in it's forte business so that shareholders can get more value. that's the whole reason shareholders invested in the PLC for the very start. if we want to invest in property, we would have invested in property PLC instead....
