It is just mind-boggling that a company that is making 10+ mil annually has 2 directors each on 3mil+ annual salary and a fresh grad director on 300k annual salary. Combined already 7mil+. Yes, transferring to main market allows for institutions to buy in. But I think this is gonna be a huge red flag for the institutions
