NPI increase. Income available for distribution increase yet dividend payout only 95%. why ? I don't see them write any reason why cant give. anyone got see any info ?

By law... They only need to distribute 90%.

yes I know this. what I mean is the drop in payout ratio. normally other reits will notify like retain for AEI purposes etc. But not ytlreit.

so basically we put money then we just see they shiok give 90 or 95 or 100% as time goes by.
