Since price fixing date is not stipulated yet, I think the share price should rise such that the company can get as much money from the PP.

But I'm afraid the PP buyers will come to the open market to dump the price so that the PP issue price is low enough to give way for higher % return for them.

Also, the PP is for expansion purpose, not working capital or paying off debt. Should be a good thing.
