It is already mentioned in the AGM if you have attended it that they won't be able to submit their regularisation plan this month, the tentative date is to submit the circular this month to Bursa and submit the regularisation plan next month. Listing of the AirAsia Group will be on October tentatively based on what is mentioned in the AGM.

Market/those that did not attend the AGM might have a kneejerk reaction but currently just waiting for RHB to get done with the circulars before submission to Bursa. Capital A will ask for a one month extension to Bursa to ensure RHB has sufficient time to finalise the circulars before submission
