KWAP is pension fund for Government Servant, while KWSP is for Private Employees.
Anyway, KC Chiok is right, institution investors like KWAP has different agenda. Perhaps they wanted to raise some cash liquidity on their portfolio to payout something. The disposal by KWAP is not much of concern, as they still hold a significant amount of shares both directly & indirectly in LBS.
As of date, KWAP still has about 175 million units of shares in LBS. So no worries.
