1 KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 2): Piling and foundation specialist Econpile Holdings Bhd said its wholly-owned subsidiary Econpile (M) Sdn Bhd has bagged a contract from from Suriamega Development Sdn Bhd worth RM101.34 million to undertake sub-structure works of three blocks of small office home office (SOHO) here. The sub-structure works for three blocks of SOHO comprise two blocks of 50-storey SOHO and a block of 51-storey SOHO with podium and basement carpark floors.
2 KUALA LUMPUR (May 31): Econpile Holdings Bhd said its unit Global Piling Solutions Co Ltd secured the contract for Odom Living Co Ltd for the Odom development at Norodom Boulevard, Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Phonm Penh worth US$9.5 million (RM43.77 million) for a project in Cambodia. The contract is to undertake bored pile and diaphragm wall works.
3 Kuala Lumpur [25 July 2023]; the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Econpile (M) Sdn. Bhd. received a contract from Konzepte + Design Architects for and on behalf of Regal Path Sdn. Bhd. to undertake the substructure works for two (2) blocks of 47-storey serviced apartment comprising 453 units at Lot 101899 (PT15290), with existing commercial development comprising one (1) block of 5-storey retail mall with two (2) levels of basement parking, off Lebuhraya Bukit Jalil, Bandar Bukit Jalil, Mukim Petaling, Kuala Lumpur for a total contract sum of RM43,380,111.00.
4 [7 July 2023] the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Econpile (M) Sdn. Bhd. received a contract from from Vestland Resources Sdn. Bhd. to undertake the sub-structure works for a commercial development comprising SOHO and retail floors located at PT 44, Jalan SS16/1, Bandar Subang Jaya, Daerah Petaling, Selangor Darul Ehsan for a total sub-contract sum of RM35,085,000.00.
5 [12 May 2023] the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Econpile (M) Sdn. Bhd. received a contract from Bangsar Hill Park Development Sdn. Bhd. to undertake earthworks, piling, pile cap, basement slab (B1) and reinforced concrete ramp works for Phase 1B1 (Block B) – 62-storey apartment block with 410 units and Phase 1B2 (Block C) – 49-storey apartment block with 392 units at Lot 365, Lorong Maarof, Seksyen 96, Bandar Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan, Kuala Lumpur for a total contract sum of RM20,800,000.00.
6 [31 October 2022] the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Econpile (M) Sdn. Bhd. received a contract from Kota Bharu Medical Centre Sdn. Bhd. to undertake the execution and completion of substructure works for a private hospital comprising a 12-storey hospital block and a 11-storey carpark block with other facilities at Lot PT 354, Seksyen 24, Bandar Kota Bharu Jajahan Kota Bharu, Kelantan Darul Naim for a total contract sum of RM24,088,000.00.
