Found this counter from one friend's comment history. This company finally proposed listing in the main market. Business wise, revenue seems increasing and profit margin increased annually. Management took initiative to grow the company, exploring opportunities. One thing to take note under current situation where cost of debt increased from the interest rate hike, this may eat into the company's earning as they have significant amount of debt. Also not to forget this company does frequent fund raising. I found some recent records as the following:
May 2022 is a 20% issue
April 2021 is a 20% issue
Jan 2020 is a 10% issue
May 2018 is a 10% issue
So if I have 0.1% shares before May 2018, after the few rounds, until today, my shareholding diluted to 0.057% (based on simple calculation). You might not see the effect as most of us looks only on the price of our shares, but then this is something that should not be overlooked. Note that considering all the effects to price, you bought in before May 2018 at around RM0.50. Each time private placement, the big corporation / capitalist, they got the shares at a discount to current market price.
Done with fundamentals, lets talk technical. One sentence summarise all: if today doesn't close above RM0.20, risk increased.
(Okay, people will tell me high risk high return, limit up 150% gain today from RM0.20 is possible, jsut hold tight. But fine, let them be. I do what I know best only. Those above my capability, I choose to let go.)

please add up new earning on projects after 2021 and potential earning such as o&g segments. there is the answer. many companies does capital exerciseas covid hit everyone. now most of companies is at bottom already. just close eyes and buy. be patience and you will get handsome reward. trade is simple, and pls do have own trading plan. once hit cl point, just sell. once hit bo point do own judgement. think too much you will miss the chance. now is time to buy. not to be investors at any counter
I'm fine with the cash calls if the money is put to good use. I had built a position at 17.5 recently and will continue to hold it as long as it's growing with a reasonable valuation
