Did Dnex return the RM 100 million in the end to MIMAS? or they didn't take the RM 100 million in the first place?

looks like they didn't have the 100 mil out of the 120 mil they need to get silterra from khazanah..what I don't understand is, dnex raised fund by public placement if I'm not mistaken, what happened to that money?

looking at the announcement letter, it says dnex will not suffer fr aany financial impact aside from paying the court fee if they lost the case , does this mean they have gotten the 100mil from Mimas in the first place? but again this is only one side story from dnex, we haven't heard from Mimas yet
