One of the cancelled contracts was from Pavilion Qatar. PQ awarded a USD62m contract to SCIB before. Funnily enough, PQ also awarded Serba Dinamik a USD60m contract back in 2019. Google "Pavilion Qatar" and take a look at their website. Does it look and feel like a company that's able to hand out USD120m contracts? Their organization chart can be recognized as the 8th wonder of the world too LOL!
