Fan-Free warrant price will expect upside of 40% above, QR will be turning from loss to profit. Next week most counters will fly because PM confirmed and COVID down.
i'm not buying share for bonus... i have been deciding whether wanted to sell mother 0.185 before ex-date, in the end i'm not selling and this is what i get... a loss after 2 weeks...
now i know why mother keep dropping because the exercise price is 0.135... there are more than 1b free warrant ppl wanted to convert to mother now... time to sell all mother now because it won't be up again else all the free warrant holder can make free money from converting
for common sense the mother will not be up again... if mother up more ppl will convert warrant to mother for only 0.135 to get extra profit... do you think this world got free lunch, sharks will push up mother for you to convert warrant for more money? there might be a sudden push for mother to trap ppl convert warrant and it will be throw back very fast because warrant need time for the conversion... this operation has been happened in many counters...
Poor Henry. I think you have misinterpreted the warrant purpose.
Like Bestari mentioned, warrant is a bonus for long term. During ex-date, Mother share price was adjusted based on the allocation ratio. WB is a 3 yrs warrant, and you need to pay the exercise price to convert to mother share (which is 3yrs later and not now). Warrant price will fluctuate based on mother share price and conversion rate (refer premium and gearing ratio). If company prospect is good, this free warrant will worth a lot more during conversion.
If you don’t believe in the company, just follow chaowang’s advice - sell it!
Btw, if my math is right, even someone bought Tawin at 0.18 prior conversion, and sell the mother and WB at current price of 0.16 and 0.055 each, you will not lose a single cent. Correct me if I’m wrong
Chan- yes. Actually if investor feel uncomfortable with the stock their holding I will always advice them to sell it. If not they keep on thinking and thinking and affect their daily lives , which is clearly not a good and healthy sign.
I would say every investment do come with some risk. So, is all depend on your appetite and risk tolerance level. Try to differentiate the concept of investment and gambling.
already told many times before, unless sharks are collected all the free warrant else the mother price won't up for you all to convert warrant for more free money
