Cancelled RI change to PP is good. However, done so many PP previously until now doesn't show any improvement of the company. The management team have lost the investors & shareholders confidence. Share price keep dropping day by day due to alot of investors withdrawn themselves. Giving the image that keep taking funds from investors with PP doesn't help company grow. At least push up the share price to gain back investors confidence meanwhile PP can raise more funds to expand the company.
