The borrower have to apply & not everyone eligible for the moratorium. Bank will consider whether you entitle to it.

IMO .. it will still be targeted moratorium, no more blanket moratorium. Otherwise, it will put a dent into MBB profit, and PNB is not doing so well in other investments.

Gov can’t allow that.
