Stanley, in market nothing is free. If you have RM1k worth of TCS, after free warrant you still have a total of RM1k value worth of mother and warrant share. Of course provided the mother price is stable at the opening price tomorrow. So, nothing in the world is free. Even dividend payout, your share price will also drop.
