UOB KayHian research estimates every -1% from USD1:RM4.30, will DECREASE TopGlove earnings by 1.2% & 1.8% for FYE 21 & 22 respectively. As at last Friday, USD has weakened 5.6% to approx USD1:RM4.06. MEANING, TopGlove earnings for FYE 21 & 22 will DECREASE 6.7% & 10.1% based on this estimate. TopGlove future earnings will continue to DECREASE if USD keeps weakening against RM. As economic recovery continues and coronavirus fears lift, demand for safe haven currency USD may weaken further.
