today closed at 0.65, highest went to 0.655. Until now the Qtr report still not release... omg.... it really test everyone’s patient and if anyone who are not emotionally firm enough, will absolutely take profit on today small raise in price. will those who sell today be regret? or may be they are doing the right decision to sell first and wait for the Qtr report out first just buy in again
so, when the Qtr report will release, really no one will know, but as Harapan trader mentioned, there is regulation where company must publish their report on certain timing. from my understanding, if there is delay, there shall have announced and request for extension
so, today, let’s studies some rules and regulation of Quarterly report
Quarterly report
(1) A listed issuer must announce to the Exchange, an interim financial report that is prepared on a quarterly basis ("quarterly report"), as soon as the figures have been approved by the board of directors of the listed issuer, and in any event not later than 2 months after the end of each quarter of a financial year.
so, SAPNRG Quarterly report is ended 30 April 2018, not later than 2
months mean tomorrow it must announce for the Quarter report
so, everyone tomorrow must keep pressing F5 button to refresh Bursa Malaysia webpage to hunt for the Quarterly report, especially if notice there is Trading Halt on it, immediately dash to check the report
1. Sales amount
- is there substantial increase on Sales
2. Net Profit
- 2017 is Net profit RM 27,533,000, if greater than this, don’t need wait liao, prepare you fund and buy
- if net loss.... short term i think shall sell first..., while long term, can actually prepare to average down and keep trading on it to lower down the buying cost
