1) 前称MSCM控股的丰成（HONGSENG,0041,主板科技组）献议多元化业务至手套、防护衣生产及贸易与分期付款，并预期2021年4月开展丁腈手套首两条生产线。委任Howellcare Industries私人有限公司为一揽子项目伙伴，携手销售手套到美国和欧洲市场。
2) MSCM控股（MYSCM,0041,主板科技组）和RP Integrated有限公司（RPIB）签署特许经营权协议，将合组财团来争取上海复星医药股份有限公司的药品和冠病疫苗相关的经销权，以及在大马，甚至是东南亚行销的机会。
3) 设立一家全资子公司HS Petchem物流私人有限公司，主要涉足石油化学业务。子公司业务包括建设和运营用于储存原料的罐区设施，例如丁二烯（BD），丙烯月青（AN）和液化天然气（LNG）。由于丁二烯和丙烯月青等原料，是丁月青乳胶生产的核心原料，后者是丁月青手套生产的原料，而液化天然气则广泛用于物流业，尤其是用于运输和重型公路运输，这也是其主要原料。

因此，丰成综合将通过HS Petchem物流来深入研究丁月青手套生产和物流行业的供应链起点，以补充其现有业务，同时提供原料的港口仓储和相关的综合物流服务，例如运输给各种客户的原料。
4) 与两家中国公司分别签署合作备忘录及代理备忘录。

该公司发表文告表示，其中将与北京卓诚惠生生物科技股份有限公司携手合作，共同发展和冠病检测试剂盒（test kit）的相关科技、产品、综合方案及其他基础设施发展项目。

上述合约为期1年，并在双方同意下，可额外延长3年。

另外，该公司也受以岭药业雇用为代理商，为旗下的治疗和健康类产品获得来自大马卫生部长批准。该合约长达8个月。
*公司基本面很差，但是现金流okay，2个礼拜下来的观察0.985-1的支撑/阻力很强，公司最近很多动作,昨天的小交易量配合公司昨天跟2家公司的MOU就是带动今天上涨的因素，现在目前就是等待突破的时候
