upon acquiring enough tickets they want push up even if whole world dropping they can up one. if now everyone is thinking of running, means they push how low you all also will out. The lower the better actually. high or low they need to buy only they can maximize their profit in future mah. but can't deny creating a "big fish is throwing" scene is important to push down the price la. so now the valuable info is not who is selling, it's who is buying. my 3 cents la, a bit long lol.
