The Board of Directors of TCS (“Board”) wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, TCS Construction Sdn. Bhd. (“TCSC”) had on 29 July 2020 accepted a letter of acceptance from Southern Score Sdn. Bhd. (“SSSB”) for the Contract, a serviced apartments project known as the Vista Sentul Residences for a total consideration of RM146.30 million.
