For comparative purposes, the earnings per share for the fourth quarter and year-to-date ended 31 December 2023 and the net assets per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2023 have been adjusted for the effects of the Share Split involving the subdivision of every one (1) existing ordinary share into two (2) subdivided ordinary shares, which was completed on 28 June 2024. The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to declare a third interim single tier dividend of four (4) sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2024. The dividend will be paid on 8 April 2025 to shareholders registered in the Record of Depositors on 17 March 2025. |
