Remarks : 
This is the Company's first interim financial report on the unaudited condensed consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended 31 October 2024 to be announced in compliance with the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. As such, there are no comparative figures for the preceding years' corresponding quarter/period. 

Amendments were made to the Unaudited Consolidated Statement of Financial Position as at 31 October 2024 (pages 4 and 5 of the attachment), as follows:

1. The net assets per ordinary share attributable to owners of the Company for current quarter should read as RM0.11 instead of RM17.05 and the net assets per share for preceding financial year end should read as RM0.10 instead of RM16.03 as reported previously. 

2.  For consistent disclosure throughout the report, the note (2) on page 5 of the attachment should read as 'Net assets per ordinary share is calculated based on net assets attributable to owners of the Company divided by the Company's enlarged share capital of 560,000,000 ordinary shares upon completion of the acquisition of Savelite but before the IPO.' 

Save for the change above, the rest of the information in the announcement remains unchanged.
