Pursuant to the Rights Issue with Warrants, the exercise price and outstanding Warrants C will be adjusted in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll C ("Adjustments"). The Notice of Book Closure in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants had been announced by the Company separately today.
Holders of outstanding Warrants C ("Warrant C Holders") who wish to be entitled to the Rights Shares with Warrants should exercise their Warrants C into new Shares by lodging their duly completed exercise forms together with the relevant subscription monies with the Share Registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd, on or before 5.00 p.m. on 3 November 2025. This is to enable the new Shares arising from such exercise to be allotted to the respective Warrant C Holders such that their names will appear on the Record of Depositors of the Company by 5.00 p.m. on 11 November 2025. The Warrant C Holders who have not exercised their outstanding Warrants C by 5.00 p.m. on 3 November 2025 and whose names appear in the Record of Depositors for the outstanding Warrants as at 5.00 p.m. on 11 November 2025 ("Entitlement Date") would be entitled to the Adjustments. The entitlement ratio indicated above is for illustration only based on the Base Case Scenario as set out in Section 5.5 of the circular to shareholders of the Company in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants dated 10 October 2025.
The additional Warrants C will be listed and quoted simultaneously with the Rights Shares and Warrants D on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 10 December 2025.
The actual number of additional Warrants C to be issued and the adjusted exercise price of the Warrants C pursuant to the Adjustments will only be finalised on the Entitlement Date and will be effective on the next market day following the Entitlement Date. The notice to the Warrant C Holders (setting out details of the Adjustments) and the notice of allotment for the additional Warrants C will be despatched in due course.
