摩根大通“捍卫”顶级手套 称股票回购不影响盈亏
（吉隆坡19日讯）顶级手套（TOPGLOV，7113，主板保健股）去年一连串的股票回购行为让投资者担忧，高价位的回购可能导致库存股减值亏损；惟摩根大通今日出手“捍卫”顶级手套，指股票回购不会影响公司的盈亏表现。
摩根大通解释，根据股票回购的会计处理方法，回购股票的成本将从股权中扣除，所以顶级手套的对库存股的买卖、派发及注销等行为，都不会计入损益表当中。
顶级手套自去年9月以来，已经耗费14亿令吉回购自家股票，其平均回购价高达每股7.06令吉，而如今的股价已经滑落了接近30%。
尽管“帮忙”顶级手套解释了股票回购行为给投资者带来的忧虑，但摩根大通仍不看好顶级手套，维持其之前给予的3.50令吉目标价，和“减持”评级。
