（纽约21日彭博电）穆迪（Moody’s）周五宣布，已将日产汽车（Nissan）的优先无担保信贷评级从投资级的“Baa3”下调至垃圾级的“Ba1”。

穆迪在声明中表示：“此次评级调整反映出日产汽车盈利能力疲弱，主要受到其老旧车型产品线需求放缓的影响。”

此前，日产与本田汽车于2月13日宣布终止合并谈判。此外，标普已将日产的评级定为“BB+”。
