金科全球削资3.1亿 抵销累计亏损

（吉隆坡24日讯）金科全球（FINTEC,0150,创业板金融服务组）建议削减资本共3亿1000万令吉，以抵销累计亏损。

金科全球发文告表示，截至2024年6月30日财政年，公司已稽查累计亏损共3亿1025万9000令吉。集团则累计亏损1亿8357万1000令吉。

完成削资后，该公司的股本将从4亿2882万1183令吉（假设所有优先股都全面转换）减少至1亿1882万1183令吉。

此计划不会导致该公司股价调整和股东持股变动，同时预计在第二季完成。
