KUALA LUMPUR: Practice Note 17 company Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd yesterday said it has requested for a six month extension, up to January 5, 2024, from Bursa Malaysia Securities to submit its regularisation or business plan to the regulator.

Serba Dinamik's regularisation plan was initially due on January 6, 2023, a year after it was classified as a PN17 company in 2022.

The company however obtained a six-month extension to submit its plan and was to deliver on July 5, 2023.
