This PPHB & and HIL last time I bought a lot c fundamentals so strong earning so good then hoot big big. Mana tau money jam there, although didn’t lose on these both counter. But I lose the opportunity cost need wait months to earn. I find it not worth it, like u say can buy but can’t chase and don’t buy much on these 2 counters. Genting I also bought but I in warrant.

上個月就開始小筆買入此公司看上了管理層低調的行事以及無債務的公司狀態最主要的是生意模式是我感興趣的讓我想加入跟他們一起做生意 2023Q3 也說到了開了新的廠家希望公司可以拿到EV的訂單以及Proton Perodua若成功研發出EV的話公司想必也會分一杯羹, 聽說Toyota跟Honda似乎也有他們的Moulding的份, 但是這一個還不確定也沒有Fact Find到先. 公司進軍的房地產從之前房地產市場疲軟到現在房地產板塊主題的降臨都一直有著不錯的Sales. 公司ROE比較低主要是因為房地產公司的慣病畢竟做不到貨如輪轉/高槓桿/壟斷性的其中一樣或是三者兼顧所以ROE相對的比較弱但是卻不影響內在價值的估算. 冷門公司一般在大市看好的時候很少名列前茅但是平均回報卻都好過熱門公司, 公司的房地產發展也從之前行情不是那麼好的中低端住宅區開發到現在行情看好開始開發中高級的住宅區. 管理層長年都抓著票, Bursa警告公司的流動票數太少了, 公司直接從長年以來的一個大股東手中讓股東放票去市場上而不是選擇私有化. 最新的2個Annual Report 也出現了基金蹤影

Audited report published today, company achieved 66% higher net profit compared to last year, while increasing dividend by 50% from 0.02 to 0.03 sen which is highest during this 10 years. Thus PP&E have increased a lot due to company is launching the new factory that producing PU sheets in middle of 2024, results should be shown in Q2 or Q3 report. Good results.
