Is the rumours of bonus issue actually going to happen? I have seen the latest Q&A, the management mentioned many times about considering bonus issue in its Q&A few year back as well to unlock its values. I think it is coming for real this time? One of the undervalued public listed company in Malaysia. Good dividend yield also high EPS. If bonus issues do happen, it will provide more liquidity.

Once done bonus issue, every cents increase will contribute significantly to the market cap. Yes, more shares means lesser EPS. But you will get the same dividend yield. For example, one year 40 cents dividend per share per year. After 1 to 1 bonus issue, it will become 20 cents dividend per share per year. But your shares holding will increase 1 fold.

yes that's why i say is 2 x 5. Bonus and No Bonus is still the same thing. The real value reflects on company caps but not the share price.
