Cuckoo International (CKI) is showing signs of a potential bullish setup despite its recent consolidation phase. The stock has been trading within a narrow band, reflecting accumulation and a base-building pattern, which often precedes a decisive breakout. The consolidation seen around the RM0.805–RM0.820 range is particularly encouraging as it suggests that selling pressure has been largely absorbed, paving the way for an upward move once buying momentum returns.
From a technical perspective, CKI’s price has stabilised above the key support level of RM0.800, which has repeatedly held firm since mid-September, indicating strong underlying demand. As long as this support remains intact, the downside risk appears limited. On the upside, the immediate resistance is observed near RM0.830, a level that, if convincingly breached with volume confirmation, could open the path towards the next resistance around RM0.860. A sustained move above this zone would likely shift market sentiment more decisively in favour of the bulls and signal the start of a new upward trend.
Additionally, momentum indicators are showing early signs of flattening after a downtrend, suggesting that selling pressure is waning and accumulation is underway. If volume begins to expand on any upward price movement, it would reinforce the view that smart money is positioning for a breakout. Overall, the technical structure points to a stock that is building strength beneath the surface — as long as RM0.800 holds as a base, CKI has the potential to stage a recovery with RM0.830 as the first upside trigger and RM0.860 as the next bullish target.
