With a net cash position of RM9.4 million, Life Water plans to fund the acquisition through a combination of bank borrowings and internal cash.

The acquisition is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2027.

CIMB Securities kept its "Buy" call on the stock with an unchanged target price of RM1.77.
