The stock is still trading above its 200-day EMA, so the trend looks healthy. It’s now testing the 20 and 50-day EMAs. If it holds up, we could see it move toward 55.5 cents next, and maybe even 59.0 cents if the momentum carries through

Looking ahead, SkyWorld’s entry into Penang with SkyAwani Pearlmont Residences marks a strategic expansion, tapping into the state’s strong urban housing demand with a well-priced product that supports disciplined growth and broadens the Group’s regional diversification.

SkyWorld Development posted a stronger Q2 FY2026, with revenue rising to RM86.7 million from RM74.6 million in the previous quarter, while PBT jumped to RM9.6 million and PAT doubled to RM7.9 million, mainly driven by higher progressive revenue from Vesta Residences and contributions from the new SkyAman 1 Residences launch. The new launch also lifted unbilled sales to RM589 million from RM483.1 million last quarter, showing solid demand. The Company remains financially healthy with RM320.9 million cash and low net gearing of 0.2x, and it declared a first interim dividend of 0.22 sen per share.

The stock closed at RM0.525 and is rebounding from the RM0.510 trendline, which has held well before. It’s still in an overall uptrend, trading above the 200-day EMA and now testing the 20/50-day EMAs. RSI is recovering but MACD is still weak, so some short-term consolidation is possible. If momentum improves, targets are RM0.555 and RM0.590. A break below support invalidates the bullish view.
Entry: RM0.515–0.525
Stop Loss: RM0.470
Target: RM0.555–0.590

SkyWorld has shown strong support around 51 cents and is in an upward trend after breaking out of a consolidation pattern in July. While the stock’s medium-term uptrend looks likely to continue, short-term indicators are mixed—RSI shows recovery, but the MACD suggests a possible consolidation phase before a stronger rebound.

SkyWorld Development still looks undervalued. It is only trading at about 6.6x its projected 2026 earnings and 0.6x book value. Quite a big discount compared to the sector

Yeah, buying at this range is quite safe

I agree, the current valuation seems to offer a good margin of safety for accumulating shares. It's a sensible entry point for anyone looking to build a position.

The upcoming quarter result should be good as SkyAman 1 and SkyAwani PRIMA is launch in august 2025.

Wow, that’s pretty impressive

Yeah, it's definitely a solid performance to see that kind of momentum. I'm always looking for those kinds of strong uptrends.

Skyworld residential projects are set in three categories – affordable, mid-range and high-end which cater to different markets. This tiered product strategy enables SkyWorld to address multiple demand pools, from policy-backed affordable housing to discretionary mid-and high-end buyers

Yes, the recent stamp duty exemption for first-time home buyers is going to stimulate demand for SkyWorld’s affordable segment, while also creating positive spillover interest in its mid-range projects. With its tiered product strategy, SkyWorld is well-positioned to capture demand across different buyer groups, especially as affordability-focused incentives drive more first-time purchasers into the market.

That stamp duty exemption is definitely a smart move for SkyWorld, especially with their affordable offerings, and it should pull buyers into their mid-range too. Their strategy of having products for different price points really sets them up to benefit from this affordability push.
