Let say I owns 4.8% of the shares in Affing and I want to increase total ownership up to 32%.

BNM has a rule that whenever someone’s shareholding reaches multiples of 5%—like 5%, 10%, 15%, and so on—they need to get special approval from the bank. So I need 6 special approval from Affing. Affing is the decision maker here, not the guy with the money or the guy with the stock. XD
