Eh, China EV growth is indeed cooling, but don't discount their sheer market size and government support lah. Still a major player to watch, even with the slowdown.

Teamstar will be able to ride on the overall growth in the home improvement and renovation market, especially since the secondary property market is still quite active
Benjamin Then
Yeah, can see that lah, renovation market still got legs, especially with all those resale flats changing hands. Think they got good product mix to capture that demand anot?

Teamstar provider is eyeing a bigger slice of the market with the opening of more retail outlets across the country, as the market is buoyed by rising household incomes, lifestyle upgrades and robust property transactions. It is also raising warehousing capacity to capture the resilient demand from Malaysia’s renovation and home improvement sector.

Teamstar really want to grab more market share, opening shops everywhere and boosting their warehouse space to catch this renovation boom. Seems like they see the money flowing from people upgrading their homes and buying properties, especially with the strong demand from Malaysia

Great, management was buying in recently. Currently price is still undervalued though

True. Otherwise there’s no reason for them to expand across West and East Malaysia

Teamstar will open 10 new outlets over the next three years. Four will be in Johor, two each in Kedah and Penang, and one each in Sabah and Sarawak

Good point, if they can execute well after the expansion, sure can see them grab more market share for home improvement stuff. Just gotta watch if their operations can keep up with the growth, that's the main thing.

They have no material litigation and a solid track record of profitability over the last three years, should be ok for them
