之前我也是这么想的，但观察和分析后，这行业的前景真的不乐观。死水没鱼啊，你进来就只能沉着等罢了，能等个3-5年，倒不如去REIT？对吧？

我是0.105进了一些，拿了1年多在0.085止损去其他股，都几乎把这里的亏损赚回来了

NCMI 从 2023 到 2025 的 revenue 都是连跌 2023 (2.6%) 2024 (2.3%)
至于 2025 (3.8%) 如果扣 Directors' Remuneration RM1.17mil 的支出实际2025 PAT Margin 只有 2%罢了

1-2m PAT的，用19.5m来买，再附送10年的高租金合同 (看来是俄罗斯套娃，一套又一套了.....)
