Last time SARS need around 20 months to prepare. Now COVID19 is worst than SARS & MERS, can mutate genetically, yet can so fast come out vaccine? Take note we got new technology, but bad politic among countries (China Vs US)

HIV, Ebola, Zika virus so long already still no vaccine. But vaccine can be done maybe earliest is around end of year? I also don't know.
