yes, after consolidate u have to put money in again for RI to avoid dilution. And the 10:1 consolidate will make share price high, the upside will be limited. After RI they still need 36 months to renovate their hotel and still cannot guarantee the profits. Last they will confirm still doing PP for money. Unless they have a very strong JV and use of their land only can give confidence to the market
