it's called ROFS instead of ESOS. esos use to raise funds. founder need to reduce stake to met BNM rule. founder daughter now become BOD and vintage shareholders feel relieved. ROFS period is very short and no financing available for employees. I don't think they will sell once the shares credit to their account.
