1. If the company share is oversold due to panic selling, the directors will SBB in order to stabalise the stock price.The purpose is to restore existing shareholders confident and attract other buyers
2. The BOD SBB if they think the company prospect is better than current state. They might want to keep for themselves if share price increase in future.
3.Fund managers manipulate the share price so BOD can get cheap cheap share.

it is very weird for gkent to keep falling cos the market had been riding high since yesterday. And if u look at it technically, it is heading for the overselling region, that's why it could be due to QR or something else.
