The rumour of privatisaton is bxllsxxt, you can refer to Moomoo shareholder holding %. 2025 Q1 PNB share holding from 51% to 43.8% and seen like absorbed by Abrdn. If PNB wish to privatization, no point to let go own share to foreign fund.
