No tax on this SD nor on any other dividend in Malaysia since this is considered as profit n should not be tax twice.

Is profit after tax and distribute to thier Shareholders. Which is call Single Tier Dividend.
Simple term is Company already paid the tax and SH no need to pay further.
But for REIT, SH need to pay thier dividend income and need to submit to LHDN or IRB.
