The industry has shifted from front end centric to backend (advanced packaging). This creates a lot of opportunities for the backend players to level up...
No problem, I will buy in Aimflex more after selling my penta hk. I think good thing is coming soon , based on what I understand about their new penang plant
Penang plant is running 6 days , two shift , you can see how busy they are , just google the address, the new plant is just beside the newly acquired subsidiary - owin industry
Nope... I have negative perception on GLC companies haha... You have to study the network of the data centers and make sure that TM is really the one that's benefitting from it.
@SEA BOBO , just buy if you can hold around 12 months , you won't be regret . You need to stand at Chuah 's point of view , what he wants to achieve , and what he is going to do . Why he only put his brother and his son in aims but not the others ? Read about his property arm " PuncakDana , huge developer in puncak city and penang , hotel in kelantan too
normal guy like us , we need to sell this stock or another stock in order to buy in for another stock . did you see him selling penta shares for another venture ? Nope , he is a man with bullets , industry people respect and salute him
To be honest , do you think penta can achieve the achievement now if without him ? penta dropped from 2003 Ipo @1.40 to a mere 2 sen before he came in 2016 , check the quarter before and after he came in , price surge more than 10,000% , balance sheet becomes clean , and penta achieved new milestone from 2016 onwardsb
We need to study a lot and understand more to invest in Bursa . Penta connections with Chuah are still closely linked : LFE profit is mainly generated from penta campus 3 expansion .
Industry people know NationGate and L&P are close relative too , but check on their relationship , not close tight , Natgate owner stands with UWC but not with L&P , L&P profits are still mainly from First Solar .
@derrick
You're very good... These info are not able to be found from the QR nor AR... Thanks for the info xD
Mind to share why Natgate founder supports UWC instead of L&P?
If Chuah opens mouth to jio his penang semicon kaki / property kaki , aims will fly to moon . Do you know Inari Kc lau , greatech boss and Chuah is like brother also haha
That's one point, but not the main point. Look more on the bigger picture . Hint: 3 of the newly acquired subsidiaries are just beside each other. They have just leased another new plant to , running 24/ 6
The Chuah brothers are super good at piecing things together and running their business smoothly without needing to hype up what they’re doing. They focus on getting the work done rather than promoting it, which is why you don’t hear much about things like silicon photonics being announced. It’s similar to Penta – they didn’t make any noise about their privatisation, and it ended up surprising everyone.
Some companies like Vitrox / Penta / Frontkn / MPI / United Plantation / QL command higher valuation than the peers due to high integrity , transparent , good reputation of the company 's owner . They don't simply Bullshit like DCHCARE/ Aemulus for thing they can't achieve or haven't done .
Chuah hasn't come out to talk anything since the day he took over aims, and many think that they are not doing anything. They neglected the balance sheet , the 3 M&A they did ( M&A is the most difficult thing in business dealing , how to get the right company among all the rubbish ) and the diversification they have made in these years . Dyson was the single and largest customer for istone, contributing more than 80% of the revenue , but less than 30% for now , they have brought in a lot others
Thanks for your valuable inputs Derrick. I think it's better to talk at here only in the future, just ignore what others said about aim in other threads...
It is funny that so many retailers think that it is the big boys who sapu the tickets whenever there is a big volume happens when the price drops, or big boys tend to buy while retailers tend to sell when the price is down.
Too bad the data does not support such claims in general. In fact, the data i gathered during my research proves exactly what financial behaviour and human psychology suggested.
I think I can Luster try 4m loss in Forex, next quarter will be good with Forex gain. New launching landed is selling fast also will contribute in future earning Soo .
@Derrick
Hoseh la u, I didn't follow your uwc call
@Adama
I don't think the retailers here have the ability/interest to gobble up all the tickets that were sold by the Shariah funds la... Unless it's his gang la...
Not young , already 44 . They have earn multi millions from Penta . From my research , he bought in 2016 when Chuah in and sold at 2021 time ( no more name ) in AR , just count how many millions their gang made
This will help them to break through to the next level , I strongly believe next year will be their year .
Based on my study , their machine is so advance that the only competitor is in Germany : Ficontech , cost is 50% cheaper . They have registered IP on this new cutting edge technologies, one machine is around RM 1.2 - 1.5 mil
Micheal... I believe owin is part of the supply chains of aimflex, and the core reason to acquire this company is to become an integrated supplier of automation machines to the big boys... Correct me if I'm wrong Derrick.
Owin is doing sheet metal , and uniontech is doing system integration . They can help in the supply chain to manufacture their own machine : Silicon Photonic .
thx for the info but honestly to achieve 30% is not an easy thing unless it is in the niche segment. Im in Luster edi hopefully Aimflex is doing well. Good luck
