although non - shariah counter.. but still had 7242 Bumiputera applied and 1573 get it (success rate is 21.7% ...Meanwhile, got 20019 non- bumiputera applied and only 1405 get it (success rate is only 0.07%. So, for non- bumiputera if get it .. then you are very lucky ..
