Govt cut diesel subsidy, the consumers will suffer higher commitment, and eventually change to non-diesel vehicles, then will this affects Petronm or HengYuan revenue drop instead?
I guess govt subsidy is paid once or twice a year, now they collect everyday, earn interest instead of they have to pay in advance. current selling price maybe higher than what govt subsidized?
