lump sum 5.4bil project announcement without details ought to be cautious. No similar announcement from the other part of the world. Example - no announcement from Albawani. Always good to be cautious in case Albawani becomes Alabawang.

I did not see announcements from Albawani on being awarded the contract for Trojena Ski project. Similarly, no announcements from the main contractors of Wynn Al Marjan - ALEC/Bauer on issuing contracts. 5.4bil consists of 3 different projects and there is no breakdown of each individual project's contract value.

trade cautiously, itz kai. There are still no announcements from the other part of the world for these "billion ringgit" contracts value aka iconic projects which developers/contractors will be proud to announce if they are part of.
