Land are solid assets that is real. this is not serbadk which has nothing but fake contracts. ynh property sale to Sunway group is a reputable name in the market. started to load up on this stock,news has open doors to buy this beast at a cheap price. its intrinsic value has emerged and I have started to build a position. Land has value only when got buyers. The best prime lands sold to Sunway, remaining lands mostly in Perak. Not that YNH dont want to sell perak lands, question is whether are buyers there to take up or not.....

Dont believe the "ynh has a great landbank" stories. All decent lands are pledged to banks for loands and bonds and will be gone. Only good asset was Kiara 163 and is now sold to Sunway for less then book value.
