Bumi Armada Signs MoU w/ Navigator Holdings Ltd. to establish a joint venture company to provide liquefied CO2 carriers, and injection solutions in the United Kingdom (the “Bluestreak CO2 Joint Venture”).
It is estimated that the potential market in the United Kingdom alone is over 30 million tonnes of CO2 per annum. If successful, the first shipment of CO2 is anticipated by the parties to take place three years after taking final investment decision.

We need to understand how MoU in OGSE works. We know for a fact Navigator definitely sign other MoU with other Liquified carrier services. What MoU does is Navigator will provide details of their needs e.g. design/statutory/regulation regulations. Bumi Armada will come out with their proposal and winner takes all.
