Based on their latest quarter, profit from their core segment property development is maintaining and have a high chance of delivering higher profit for the next few quarters. Hospitality segment will also stand to gain from the returning tourism with the reopening of China borders. Hopefully manufacturing won’t drag the performance down. Very promising result and hope the company can deliver more from their property developments and tourism segments
